FRIDAY Thoughts!

“When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.” - Dalai Lama

❤️ This is actually a post that I really like. I started sharing post back in late 2008 or 2009 about Dalai Lama (quotes) but somehow it keeps coming back, i guess its a way of keeping tracks when we overlook on little things that in fact, its simply a  REMINDING lines that saying.. "hey, there! slow down!"... I posted a lot of quotes on my FB page, and its funny to feel the impact on us, interested readers.

♥ º ☆.¸¸.•´¯`♥  Why I'm am I sharing [more] positive quotes instead?... - The reason for me posting them is that many quotes are a kind of essence that will eventually LIFT YOU UP when you are emotionally disturb or emotionally down. That's why, i also think its important enough to think about them.

and FROM THE QUOTE: "It is very true that pointing out the mistakes of others, making them responsible for your current “bad situation” is the easy way out. But not really of course. Since that moves you into the powerless corner, where you basically have no control over your life anymore. Taking complete responsibility for yourself and your own environment gives you the ability to influence your life the way you want it. While it can be hard at first, this is a true move to power and the necessary first step in your personal growth."

❤️ ❤️ Hope you are having a good start of your Friday.. Sharing love and peace my Beau-Friends! - ❤️ blissful Friday and weekend ahead!  ♥ º ☆.¸¸.•´¯`♥

My Wednesday Thoughts...

"Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live!"  - Bob Marley

Hi my beau-friends, how's your week, going? I hope all is well. At this moment, weather in Bangkok is pretty good. Humid outside as usual. I don't know where is Henry now too in the Philippines but I'm joining everyone in prayers too.

Wednesday thoughts over a cup of coffee..  thought I'm gonna share something interesting. Blissful days, Folks!

Yesterday, I was reading an article about musicians or the extremely popular singers around the world. So much to say but It's pretty interesting to read something that you normally don't even bother reading it.

Something that i love about the artist are their freedom to express their thoughts through songs. Oh well, we can all express our feelings or thoughts in different ways, right?

But here, I'm stuck with Bob Marley's quote. I thought its beautiful. He's totally right. It's good to pause and read a bit and reflect about it. Sometimes, we just needed a fresh start to move on. Life is new everyday and life is beautiful (when we choose to be beautiful)... why not value it and why not free your thoughts from negative thoughts..

I've learned that, the time we start to honor our feelings, all our emotions and to remember the lessons from the past, then we can clear the way to our heart.

Sharing you love and peace!

WEEKEND IN PATTAYA -Food trips

"Food is our common ground, a universal experience." - James Beard

hi there my beau-friends! how's your first day of the week going so far. Hope it's blissful!

Just a quick one: this time I'm gonna share something about foods! who doesn't love foods! lolz..

Got all my tilapia dish.. Different way of cooking this weekend. Thought I'm gonna share.

What I really enjoyed this weekend's food was the way they cooked Tilapia. But before we had our main course, we had our Thai traditional food as our starter.

The presentation of the way they cooked Tilapia was pretty good. Way back home, i only know how to fry tilapia and that's it! lolz..

Anyways, I've also enjoyed most, though, was sitting and meeting people who have a real interest in food and sharing ideas with them. I am not a great cook but it's so much fun listening with the way the chef can become an artist too, awesome!

Have a great afternoon ahead! cheers!

VISITING TANAH LOT TEMPLE, Bali Indonesia

"The sound of laughter is like the vaulted dome of a temple of happiness." - Milan Kundera

Hi my Beau-Friends! ❤️ How's everyone today, hope your week is going well. I also hope that the typhoon in the Philippines will be over soon. Joining everyone in prayers too.

☀️ Weather here in Bali is good, blue skies and had a good time viewing the sunset today.

⌚️Anyways, it took for about an hour drive from Nusa Dua to Tanah Lot Temple. Our driver was so good, that he was able to skip those traffic areas.

❤️I thought the timing of our visit was just perfect. We arrived around 4pm and honestly, had enough time to roam around the area whilst waiting for the sunset.

Lovely lovey lovely scenery! A must see sight here in Bali! The temple is itself a majestic structure, I really had a great time taking photos too.

I'm also glad to have my cliplense with me, it's really cool!

More info about the temple: according to the tourism site of Bali..

"Tanah Lot Temple is located in coastal side of Beraban countryside, Kediri sub district and Tabanan Regency. It is situated in 30 Km in west side of Denpasar town and about 11 Km in south side of Tabanan town. The temple is built on the rock with 3 acre size and reachable in a few minute by walk, because it is just 20 meters from the coastal lip. This temple is very famous among tourist destinations in Bali with spectacular view of sunset. At some nooks of coral reef around Tanah Lot Temple there are holy tame snake in black and white color where according to the local society believe that it as a deity property and as the guard of the temple from the bad influence."

Thanks for reading my journal for today. Sharing you love, peace and Wishing you a great evening ahead! Avec - Mon amour ❤️❤️❤️

Visiting Uluwato Temple - Pura Luhur, Bali Indonesia

Bali is truly a tourist’s delight with its amazing sea faces, ornately carved temples and omnipresent greenery. The veritable display of their culture which is lovely viewed by the public.

Hi my Beau-Friends! How's your week going. Hope all is well. I read the news that there's a typhoon to Philippines so please stay alert, as usual. Let's continue praying that this typhoon will not leave any serious damages.

Thailand's weather is for sure blue skies and hottie!
Back here, Yesterday, I went to visit two places that I always wanted to see. This is my third time in Bali and I thought to visit them too. From Nusa Dua to Pura Ulun Danu Bratan (Bali’s temple by the lake) took for about 2 hours drive.

Ulun Danu is a famous temple by the lake in Bali, resting at the edge of Lake Bratan. It would have been wonderful to see the temple but because of the fog and the rain, I didn't see much BUT Imagine beautifully structured temple with double the beauty due to reflections of the clear lake.

I was told that the weather condition in this area is unpredictable so my next visit would be in the early morning, instead.

After visiting this super wet place, we drove to the dry place called, Uluwato Temple – Pura Luhur.

After paying my entrance fee which was 30,000IDR about 1.7$, I went to get my traditional scarf, I quickly tied on my waist like everyone else and off I go!

Here you are looking at the large rugged limestone cliff with a temple perched on it, almost like a scene from cliffhanger, to add to it’s dramatic grandeur. It is situated in the island commonly known as Bukit Peninsula, where it also include Bali’s few best beaches like Balangan and also has many good surfing spots. The temple is itself a majestic structure, constructed and expanded by many famous safes since in the 11th Century, it perched at the steep cliff of 70 meters above the Indian ocean. If you go even higher grounds nearby, you will be rewarded with breathtaking view of either side and sunsets over Uluwatu temple itself.

I really enjoyed my time here, I stayed for more than an hour to wait for the sunset but then again, it was disappointing because the sun was covered with clouds.

Anyway, I'm just so blessed and so grateful for everything as always. It was last November since I've been to Bali last and it feels every bit as lovely as the last time. There is something that feels so naturally that wanting me to keep coming. Well, that's only half true.. lolz.. what I really wish is to speak their language so like this, it's easier for me to communicate with the locals.

Lastly, thank you once again for reading my long journal for today. I wish you a good day and enjoy the week ahead!

Avec mon amour..❤️❤️❤️

Bali!

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.” – Jawaharial Nehru

hey! hi there my Beau-Friends! how's everyone today. I'm sure you had a great weekend and IF ever you didn't.. oh well, at least, in few hours, it's a goodbye Sunday and a good morning, Monday, tomorrow.. lolz..

A quick journal for today before going for dinner.. ☺️
Within a short while after taking off from Singapore, Changi International Airport, we arrived here at Denpasar, Bali Indonesia International Airport. Beautiful weather as always...

It took for about two hours and fifteen minutes flight. All went well and glad that I'm almost done reading my book. lolz..

All and all, arrived safely here in Bali and enjoying the rest of the day. Sharing you blissful evening ahead! ❤️❤️❤️

Weekend in Singapore

"Do not overrate what you have received, nor envy others. He who envies others does not obtain peace of mind." - Buddha

hi my Beau-Friends! Cloudy and overcast here in Singapore but glad to share that my coffee is awesomely good this afternoon.

In Thailand, it's now the celebration of the Buddha days. Meaning, a long weekend for Everyone, so I'm sending my wishes too.

Weekend here in Singapore! yupppeee!!!

One of the reasons why I love being in Singapore is the idea of visiting the Filipino Restaurants at the Lucky Plaza! (week days). I always come and enjoy my dinner at this place (at least once whenever...) but last night, - it was even better because I was with my cousin. I told her to save her Friday evening just for us. I love this place because of the different selections of Filipino dish! I'm not surprise why the masses of Filipinos come and enjoy their time here plus it's affordable!

Well, apart from enjoying Filipino dish, we also enjoyed our dim sum saga at the Centre Point along Orchard road. Got my favourite chicken feet and few good ones.

And this Saturday night, we will go for a walk at the Clark quay -- like a dinner somewhere out there... lolz.. I also miss the place.

Blissful weekends my beau-Friends!
